In times of high order volume, shipping may take a little longer in exceptional cases. 

Which address can I ship to?
You can choose between a desired address and delivery to a DHL packing station or to a DHL service point. 
Please note that the prerequisite for successful delivery to a DHL "Packstation" is that you are already a "DHL Paket" customer. For delivery to a Service Delivery Point it is not necessary to be a "DHL Paket" customer. 
For a delivery to a "Packstation", please enter your post number in the company line and enter the word "Packstation" in the field for the street, as well as the "Packstation" number as the house number. 
We do not ship to places that are not part of the German customs territory (island Helgoland and the area around Büsingen).

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order has been packed by us in our Berlin warehouse and has been provided with a shipping note, we will send you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
Please note that occasionally it may take a while for tracking to be available.
 
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier will automatically send it back to our warehouse. DEPENDING ON THE DESTINATION COUNTRY WE WILL DEDUCT THE SHIPPING COSTS FROM THE REFUNDED AMOUNT.
We generally ask you not to refuse to accept the consignment, as this will result in high costs.
