Shipping (for German scroll down)

We usually ship within two days. The shipping time depends on the country to be delivered to and can be found in the list below. 

In times of high order volume, shipping may take a little longer in exceptional cases. 

Which address can I ship to?

You can choose between a desired address and delivery to a DHL packing station or to a DHL service point. 

Please note that the prerequisite for successful delivery to a DHL "Packstation" is that you are already a "DHL Paket" customer. For delivery to a Service Delivery Point it is not necessary to be a "DHL Paket" customer. 

For a delivery to a "Packstation", please enter your post number in the company line and enter the word "Packstation" in the field for the street, as well as the "Packstation" number as the house number. 

We do not ship to places that are not part of the German customs territory (island Helgoland and the area around Büsingen).

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as your order has been packed by us in our Berlin warehouse and has been provided with a shipping note, we will send you a tracking number so that you can track your parcel.

Please note that occasionally it may take a while for tracking to be available.

Undeliverable packages

If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier will automatically send it back to our warehouse. 

We generally ask you not to refuse to accept the consignment, as this will result in high costs.

Versandbestimmungen

Wir versenden in der Regel innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Die Versanddauer ist abhängig von dem Land, in das geliefert werden soll und kann der unten stehenden Liste entnommen werden.

In Zeiten hohen Bestellaufkommens kann der Versand in Ausnahmefällen etwas länger dauern.

An welche Adresse kann ich liefern?

Du kannst zwischen einer Wunschadresse und der Lieferung an eine DHL Packstation oder an eine DHL Servicestelle wählen.

Bitte beachte, dass die Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Zustellung an eine DHL "Packstation" ist, dass du bereits "DHL Paket"-Kunde bist. Für die Zustellung an einen DHL Shop ist es nicht notwendig "DHL Paket"-Kunde zu sein.

Für eine Lieferung an eine "Packstation" gib bitte in der Firmenzeile deine Postnummer an und trage in das Feld für die Straße das Wort "Packstation" ein, sowie die "Packstation"-Nummer als Hausnummer.

Wir liefern nicht an Orte, die nicht zum deutschen Zollgebiet gehören (Insel Helgoland und das Gebiet um Büsingen).

Wie kann ich mein Paket verfolgen?

Sobald deine Bestellung von uns in unserem Berliner Lager verpackt und mit einem Lieferschein versehen wurde, senden wir dir eine Tracking-Nummer zu, damit du dein Paket verfolgen kannst.

Bitte beachte, dass es gelegentlich eine Weile dauern kann, bis die Sendungsverfolgung verfügbar ist.

Unzustellbare Pakete

Wenn ein Paket nicht zugestellt werden kann, schickt der Spediteur es automatisch an unser Lager zurück.

Wir bitten dich generell, die Annahme der Sendung nicht zu verweigern, da dies zu hohen Kosten für uns führt.
