Thank you for ordering at our online shop. We hope you love the pieces that you’ve ordered. If something doesn't work out, you have the chance to return it within thirty (30) days after delivery date.

Orders from Germany qualify for free return labels. Write to us at mail@10kmore.com for instructions on how to create your label.

On orders from from other countries you are welcome to send us the return by your own method. We would suggest you use a trackable service from your local post service. IMPORTANT NOTE (for shipments outside the EU): Please affix the invoice on the outside of your parcel and write in big letter ECOMMERCE RETURN - NO DUTY PAYABLE. Please make sure to follow this guideline accurately, as we can't take responsibility to pick up parcels from the post office or Zoll.

If you send it by your own method, please use a method with tracking as we can only take responsibility for items which were sent insured and with a tracking number in case of a parcel getting lost. 

Please send your return items with the original invoice which was included in your parcel. Please email us at mail@10kmore.com in case you have lost your invoice and need a new one.

clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
unworn
 unwashed

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
